The app/software was developed with sports doctors, therapists and engineers to offer precise, correct and efficient training to improve health, increase physical performance and measure your balance level. It has an oval shape allowing a hip-width standing position and the low height ensures a secure feeling in use. You can use it at home or bring it with you to a fitness studio or rehabilitation centre. You can use it only 10 to 15 minutes a day to see results. It is compatible with Android, Apple, Amazon and Windows devices.
