Q: Why my left/ right speakers have no sound?/ Why the intercom volume sounds low even it is highest level?

A: Please make sure you had pluged the speakers port completely and tightly. If still not working, we’re willing to ship you a new speakers. The speakers position will affect sounds volume. Please make sure your phone volume level is high enough and adjust the speakers position as close as possible to your ears for better sound effect.

Q: Just received my FX6S motorcycle intercom, but it is not charging.

A: Please make sure you plug in the right port: port at bottom of the FX6S is for speakers and microphone, the right side port with silicone cover is for charge port.

Q: I can’t connect FX6S with my phone/ other brands intercom, how could I make it?
