Airthings 2950 Wave is a smart radon detector with a humidity and temperature sensor. It provides accurate continuous and long-term results straight to your smartphone. Radon gas fluctuates daily and is highly dependent on many factors such as weather conditions. Long-term monitoring is crucial to take control, understand long-term exposure and minimize potential health effects. By waving, the light ring will glow green (healthy), yellow (warning) or red (danger) based on your air quality levels.

If they are medium (2.7 – 4 pCi/L), you should keep monitoring and if it persists for +3 months, you should call a mitigation professional. If they are high (>4 pCi/L), you should keep monitoring and follow tips to lower radon levels. If it persists for more than 1 month, you should call a radon professional.
